Wee Koon has over 30 years of professional experience. He was previously a Senior Advisor to a Japanese boutique M&A advisory firm listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange and assisted in its overseas expansion into Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
Wee Koon was previously a partner at a Big 4 accounting firm in the Transaction Services department, specializing in due diligence and other M&A related advisory services. He has extensive regional exposure having conducted projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, India, US, Korea, China, Korea, Saudi Arabia and France.
Wee Koon is currently the Lead Independent Director, Audit Committee Chairman and member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee of Hyphens Pharma International Limited, listed on SGX.
Wee Koon holds a Master of Business Administration from Nanjing University, China and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. He is a Senior Accredited Director (awarded by Singapore Institute of Directors) and a Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA").
Lee Wei has over 25 years of professional experience. She was previously CFO at a leading pharma & consumer healthcare group and a large oil refinery. Prior to this, she held senior finance roles with a few other SGX Mainboard-listed companies in various industries, such as construction, forestry & pulp, welding, industrial gases and safety. This provided her with regional experience and cultural understanding in Southeast Asia and with JV partners from China and Japan.
Lee Wei started her career in a Big 4 accounting firm in both Assurance and Transaction Services departments where she was involved in financial due diligence, valuations, corporate restructurings, etc.
Currently, Lee Wei volunteers on the Boards of The Compassionate Network and National Arthritis Foundation.
Lee Wei holds a Master of Commerce (International Business) from University of New South Wales, Australia and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is a member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Singapore Institute of Directors.

Albert has over 25 years of experience in healthcare business. He is a seasoned entrepreneur who founded Novem Healthcare Pte Ltd ("Novem") in 2000 and build up the business for more than 20 years. Under his leadership, Novem established itself as a reliable and trusted partner in Singapore's healthcare community in the areas of sales & marketing, distribution and regulatory of premium generics, health supplements, medical devices & drug access (orphan drugs).
Through his own experience, Albert has vast knowledge and expertise to share with businesses in healthcare or distribution that are looking for growth and success.
Albert holds a Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) from the National University of Singapore. He is a Registered Pharmacist.
With more than 40 years of experience, Kee Meng has garnered in-depth and extensive knowledge of the medtech market place in Singapore, Southeast Asian region and Hong Kong.
He co-founded Transmedic Pte Ltd (“Transmedic”) in 1981. After selling his equity in Transmedic to EBOS, a healthcare company listed on the ANZ in 2023, he remains as an advisor to Transmedic.
Over the decades, Kee Meng played a pivotal role in establishing Transmedic as the top player for the distribution of speciality medical devices and equipment around the region. In 2000, he was tasked to turn Trans Instruments Pte Ltd (“Trans Instruments “) to profitability when it became a subsidiary of Transmedic. Trans Instruments is a manufacturer of handheld scientific instruments in Singapore and exporting worldwide.
In 1985, Kee Meng founded Renal Care Holding Pte Ltd, the first private dialysis centre chain in Singapore and Malaysia. He served as its Managing Director until 2000, when it was sold to Asia Renal Care (“ARC”). Thereafter, he served as Director of ARC from 2000 to 2010 when it was acquired by Fresenius Medical Care.
Kee Meng holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Singapore.
Jimmy Soh, a visionary and decisive leader, has over 25 years of experience in leading change and driving innovation. A dynamic and accomplished CEO, Jimmy transformed a traditional food business into a globally recognized company with new product innovations, increasing productivity and consistent revenue growth. Through the years, he has amassed invaluable international experience in product development, sales, marketing, operations, finance, multi-channel distribution and food processing.
He is Founder, Group CEO and Managing Director of Growers Agri Group, dealing with various types of rice and food products with distribution into multi markets channels within Singapore and globally.
Jimmy is currently Lead Independent Director of Lorenzo International Ltd. He is also active in trade and social organisations. Currently, he is Life Honorary President and Deputy President of Singapore Food Manufacturers’ Association as well as Vice Chairman of Tampines East Community Club Management Committee.
Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science with double major in Marketing and Business Management from Hawaii Pacific University, USA.
